Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Melt margarine in small pan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Cut up chicken wings. Discard tips.&lt;br /&gt;3. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.&lt;br /&gt;4. Dunk chicken wings in margarine and roll in cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Blend garlic, ginger, 5-spice, sherry and oil until it becomes a smooth paste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;3. Coat the chicken pieces with the paste and marinate for 1 hour.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;4. Preheat oven to 200ºC (400ºF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;5. Coat the chicken pieces with cornflour and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;6. Mix the plum sauce, sweet &amp;amp; sour sauce and chicken stock together in a wok or frying pan. Bring to the boil. Thicken with ½ tsp of cornflour mixed with a little water.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;7. Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line oven tray with foil or baking paper.&lt;br /&gt;2. Cut each fillet into five strips diagonally.&lt;br /&gt;3. Combine egg, garlic, pepper and mustard in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;4. Dip fillet strips in egg mixture a few pieces at a time.&lt;br /&gt;5. Coat with crumbs; shake off excess.&lt;br /&gt;6. Place chicken in prepared tray. Bake 10-15 minutes or until crisp and golden.&lt;br /&gt;7.
