Simple Home Porridge

Ingredients:
I cup rice, washed
3 cups water
100 gm chicken fillet, minced
2 cm ginger, slightly crushed
50 gm chicken bones
I cube of chicken stock
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 carrot, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:
1. Mixed the rice and water in the rice cooker. Start cooking.
2. Add in the chicken fillet and bones, chicken stock and oyster sauce.
3. When the rice has boiled for 5 minutes, add in the carrots, salt and pepper.
4. Wait until the cooker stops.
Serve hot with fried onion or soy sauce.
