Ingredients:
1 Egg
⅓ cup Milk
2 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Flaked coconut
⅓ cup Crushed corn flakes
3 tbsp Butter
4 slices White Bread
Method:
1. Blend egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
2. Mix coconut and cornflakes.
3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Dip bread in egg mixture, then in corn flakes mixture.
5. Brown in skillet until light golden on both sides, turning once.
Serve with maple syrup.
